Can I get a same-day HVAC appointment?

Often, yes. Mark the request as urgent and we schedule against providers with same-day availability. It is never guaranteed, and it depends on your ZIP code and the time of day you book.

Does the booking fee include the repair?

No. The HVAC technician quotes and bills the repair or installation after the work is delivered. The $149 covers scheduling only, and it is refundable.

Will the technician be licensed?

Yes. We only schedule HVAC providers who hold the licence their state requires and carry general liability insurance.

Is the $149 the cost of my repair?

No. The $149 is a flat booking fee that pays HomeEnrollix to take your details, confirm coverage, schedule a licensed provider and confirm the appointment. The provider quotes and bills the actual work separately, and you pay for that only after the service has been delivered.

Is the booking fee really refundable?

Yes, in full. Cancel any time before your appointment for a complete refund, no reason needed. If we cannot schedule you, or the provider cancels and we cannot re-book you, it is refunded automatically. And if something about the booking was not right, ask within 7 days of the appointment and we refund it. See the Refund Policy for the exact terms.

When exactly am I charged?

After we have confirmed a provider covers your ZIP code, and after the $149 has been shown to you on screen. You approve it before anything is authorized. Nothing is charged on this website; we send a secure payment link.
