How HomeEnrollix works
We sit between homeowners and licensed providers, and we do one job: turning “something is broken” into a confirmed plumbing, HVAC or electrical appointment — for one flat, refundable fee.
Request to confirmed appointment
You see the $149 fee at step three, nothing is charged before you approve it, and the work is paid for only after it is delivered.
Tell us what is wrong
One short form: the trade you need, where the property is, and when you are free. No account, no phone tag.
We confirm coverage
Our team checks that a licensed plumber, HVAC technician or electrician actually serves your ZIP code. If not, you are told before you pay anything.
You approve the $149 fee
The flat booking fee is shown on screen before any payment is authorized. It is fully refundable, and it is the only thing we ever charge you.
We book your appointment
We schedule a date and arrival window with a licensed, insured provider and send you a written confirmation with their details.
The work is done, then you pay for it
The provider quotes and performs the job. You pay them for the work only after the service has been delivered.
What we do, and what the provider does
Two separate parties, two separate payments, paid at two different times. Keeping that clear is the whole point of this page.
| Responsibility | Who |

Two payments, at two different times
Payment 1 — to us, at booking: the flat $149 booking fee. Shown before you pay, refundable in full.
Payment 2 — to the provider, after the work: the cost of the job. Quoted by them after they see it, billed by them once the service is delivered.
Who we schedule
- Holds the current state licence their trade requires
- Carries general liability insurance
- Actually serves your ZIP code for that trade
- Has availability inside the window you asked for
Who gets your information, and when
No vague language. Here is precisely where your details travel.
Our booking team
Reads your request to confirm coverage and schedule it. They are the people who call or email you.
The provider we book
Receives your name, contact details, address and the job description — the minimum they need to turn up and do the work.
Nobody else
We do not sell your details or pass them to marketing lists or lead buyers. See the policy →
Ready to get it fixed?
Tell us what is wrong, and we will put a licensed provider in your calendar. The fee is shown before you pay, it is refundable in full, and the work is paid for only after it is done.
$149 one-time booking fee · fully refundable · not the cost of the work, which is paid after delivery
