The provider quotes and performs the job. You pay them for the work only after the service has been delivered.

It pays HomeEnrollix to schedule your appointment, and it is refundable in full. It is not payment for Electrical work, parts or materials — the licensed provider quotes that and bills you after the service is delivered.

Answers before you book

Do I need a permit for electrical work?

Panel upgrades, new circuits and service changes usually require a permit and inspection. The electrician handles permitting and will include it in their quote.

Can you schedule an EV charger installation?

Yes. The electrician will confirm your panel has the capacity before quoting, and you pay for the installation only after it is delivered.

What does an electrician charge?

That is quoted by the electrician after they see the job — we do not set or take a cut of their rate. Your $149 booking fee is separate, disclosed upfront and refundable.

Is the $149 the cost of my repair?

No. The $149 is a flat booking fee that pays HomeEnrollix to take your details, confirm coverage, schedule a licensed provider and confirm the appointment. The provider quotes and bills the actual work separately, and you pay for that only after the service has been delivered.

Is the booking fee really refundable?

Yes, in full. Cancel any time before your appointment for a complete refund, no reason needed. If we cannot schedule you, or the provider cancels and we cannot re-book you, it is refunded automatically. And if something about the booking was not right, ask within 7 days of the appointment and we refund it. See the Refund Policy for the exact terms.

When exactly am I charged?

After we have confirmed a provider covers your ZIP code, and after the $149 has been shown to you on screen. You approve it before anything is authorized. Nothing is charged on this website; we send a secure payment link.
