Privacy Policy

What we collect, who receives it, and how to make us stop.

1. Scope

This policy explains how HomeEnrollix (“HomeEnrollix”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you use this website or request an appointment. It applies to homeenrollix.com and to our scheduling service.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form we collect your name, email address, telephone number, service address, ZIP code, the trade you need, your description of the job, your property type, whether you own or rent, and your preferred appointment date and time window.

Consent records. When you tick a consent box we record the timestamp, the page URL, the exact consent language displayed to you, and your browser user agent. We keep this as proof that consent was given.

Technical and campaign information. We collect your IP address, browser and device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and campaign parameters such as utm_source, utm_campaign, gclid and fbclid. This tells us which advertising produced your request.

Payment information. We do not collect or store card numbers on this website. The booking fee is processed by a third-party PCI DSS compliant processor. We receive only a confirmation, the last four digits and the transaction reference.

3. How we use it

  • To confirm a licensed provider serves your area;
  • To schedule, confirm and, where needed, re-book your appointment;
  • To contact you about your request by phone, SMS or email;
  • To take payment of the booking fee and to process refunds;
  • To measure advertising performance and improve the service;
  • To detect fraud and duplicate or abusive submissions; and
  • To meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.

We do not use your information to market unrelated products to you, and we do not build profiles for sale.

4. Who we share it with

This is the section that matters most, so it is specific.

  • The provider we schedule for you. They receive your name, phone number, email, service address and job description — what they need to attend and perform the work. Nothing more.
  • Service providers we use. Hosting, email delivery, scheduling and CRM software, telephony, payment processing and analytics vendors, acting on our instructions and only to run the service.
  • Legal and safety. Where required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, property or the safety of any person.
  • Business transfer. If the business is sold, information may transfer as part of that transaction, under this same policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with lead buyers, marketing partners or any business other than the provider we book for you.

5. Your choices and how to opt out

You can stop hearing from us at any time:

  • SMS: reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help.
  • Email: click the unsubscribe link in any non-transactional email.
  • Phone: ask to be added to our internal do-not-call list, or call (405) 801-9954.
  • Everything: email info@homeenrollix.com with “opt out” in the subject line.

Opting out does not stop transactional messages about an appointment already in progress — a confirmation, a reschedule, a refund notice.

6. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to correct it, to have it deleted, to opt out of its sale or sharing for targeted advertising, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Residents of Virginia, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have these rights under their state statutes.

To exercise any of them, email info@homeenrollix.com with your request and the email address or phone number you used. We will verify your identity and respond within the timeframe your state law requires (generally 45 days). You may use an authorised agent.

We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front — but we honour Global Privacy Control signals where our systems receive them, as a matter of course.

7. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site function, to remember your campaign attribution during a session, and for analytics and advertising measurement (which may include Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel, depending on what is enabled).

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may break the booking form. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on, and manage interest-based advertising through your Google and Meta ad settings.

8. Data retention

We keep booking, payment and consent records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal, tax and evidentiary obligations — generally five years from the date of the appointment, and longer where a dispute or legal requirement demands it. Contact records are kept until you opt out, plus the period needed to honour that opt-out.

9. Security

We use TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and vendors selected for their security posture. No card data is stored on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

10. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email info@homeenrollix.com and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date shows when it last changed, and material changes will be posted here before taking effect.
